Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Climbio ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on climbio.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to make them work, keep them secure, or remember information about your visit. Similar technologies (like local storage) can be used for the same purposes.
How we use cookies
We've deliberately kept our website lightweight. We don't use any advertising, marketing or behavioural-tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful — but it is cookieless: it sets no cookies on your device and doesn't track you across other websites. We don't use cookie-based analytics such as Google Analytics.
The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary ones used by our infrastructure providers to deliver the site securely and reliably:
- Vercel (our hosting provider) may set limited essential cookies for security and to keep the site running smoothly.
- Formspree (which handles our contact forms) may set cookies when you submit a form, to process your submission and help prevent spam.
These cookies are essential to providing the service you've requested, and they don't track you across other websites.
Managing cookies
Because we don't use analytics or advertising cookies, there's nothing to opt out of on that front. If you'd still like to control or delete cookies, you can do so through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or remove cookies. See aboutcookies.org or your browser's help pages for instructions. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
